This policy explains what happens to personal data when you visit this website. It covers this website only. It does not cover the separate platforms in our family, each of which publishes its own policy, and it does not cover any website we link to. This website has no registration, no sign in and no user accounts, so the data involved is limited.

We collect three kinds of information. First, technical data that your browser sends whenever it requests a page, which includes your IP address, the type and version of your browser and operating system, the pages you request, the time of the request and the page that referred you. Second, measurement data collected through analytics, described below. Third, anything you choose to tell us yourself, which on this website means the content of an email you send to one of the addresses we publish, together with your email address and any details you include.

This website stores a small amount of information in the local storage of your browser to remember display preferences such as your chosen language. That information stays on your device and is not used to identify you. The analytics service described below may set its own cookies. We use correspondence to answer the question you have asked and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not use any of it to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

This website is directed at businesses and professional visitors and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has sent us personal data, please write to us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information handled through this website, including transport encryption for pages served over the internet. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential information to us by unencrypted email.

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The version published here is the version that applies, and the date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
